I ordered the wooden supplies from here, then sprayed some squares of scrap felt with spray adhesive and stuck the wooden mustaches on, then used an exact-o knife to trim it. For the glasses I sprayed with adhesive and dipped in glitter. Then I just gorilla glued the sticks on. Easy!
